Today in class I learned that Burger King's sales went up by 9.6 percent. This is considered very good.

3-2-1 Ted Talk

1). We have to peel off the sticker of an apple, damage the apple and then try and flick the sticker off of our hands. 2). When he first started driving he was scared but as he kept driving it became easier because he habituated it. 3). Habituation is not good sometimes. Jerry Seinfeld as a comedian notices the little things. All he wanted was a comfortable shower but he would always twist the handle too much. He would remember those things but non comedians would not. 1). When I bought a hockey net the directions how to set it up were not clear. 2). When I got a new phone at first I did not know how to use it. 1). NHL 15 the video game was designed well because when I first got it, it was easy to navigate and play.

October, 2001 the Enron Corporation declared bankrupt. Enron is an energy based company located in Houston, Texas. Enron was known as the biggest audit failure. The Enron corporation was known as the biggest and largest bankrupt organization in the Unites States of America. The stock price plummeted from 90 dollars to less than 1 dollar. The stock holders filed a lawsuit of 40 billion dollars. poor financial reporting were able to hide the billions of dollars in debt.

Leadership Qualities

Three leadership qualities 1. Have a good plan. 2. Be honest with your peers. 3. Have confidence with your peers and work.

401(k)

Facts I did not know. 1. More than 6 trillion dollars have been invested by Americans in 401(k)-type plans. 2. The supreme court is debating on whether or not to allow for workers to sue their employers for not meeting their fiduciary duty. 3. Fiduciary duty is when someone puts all of their trust to manage and protect their property or money in someone. Something I want to learn more about. What 401(k) plans and businesses are.

Scavenger Hunt

Having a partner help me to find the items to find helped me because I had 4 eyes looking for one thing rather than only 2 eyes looking. Also we could look in different places rather than just me looking in one place. When i take road trips with my family we play the Alphabet game. We try and find each letter of the Alphabet and instead of just me looking my whole family is looking. We were looking for specific things so it was a lot like the scavenger hunt.
